Opening Times & Other Details

Our Cellar Door is open throughout the year from 11am to 5:00pm (Sundays 11am to 4:30pm). Most of the year we operate  5 days a week (closed Tuesday & Wednesday). We operate 7 days a week, from 27th of December to the end of January, and during Victoria’s School Holidays (with the exception of the week before Xmas).

Closed on most public holidays.

We offer wine tastings for groups of up to 6 tasters. There is a fee, with this being waved if at least two bottles are purchased per individual tasting (more detail at the bottom of this page).

We offer simple food platters but are not a restaurant/cafe – see our “Blackboard Menu” on this page.

Wine Tasting

Our wine tastings operates as follows

  • Tastings are done at tables – either indoors or the closer tables outside
  • A tasting set is your selection of 6 wines
  • This equates to a 1.25 glasses of wine in total. (Couples will often share a set)
  • Purchase 2 or more bottles per tasting set and there is no charge for that set
  • If you do not wish to purchase we charge $20 per tasting set
  • Maximum group size for a tasting is 6 persons
