Rooster Pinot Noir 2023 Bottle

A bigger style of Pinot Noir selected from the different clones we grow and from the various fermention protocols and barrels used to make and mature our Pinot Noir. The Rooster blend is one with firmer tannins and structure. It is generally given additional time in oak barrel prior to bottling.
